We go on the discovery walk periodically. It's on a hillside but ok with a good pram/buggy. There's a well, small wooded section etc. You could take a picnic up with you too and extend your time on the walk. I think it's £2.25 per child. The cafe is lovely (though very expensive) and has kids play area with reasonable size sandpit, swings & a tractor to sit on so you can spend some time here. You can pay extra for a nature trail & for food for the ducks/fish at the lake.
