Can anyone recommend a book aimed at a 9/10 year old girl about the emotional and physical changes that occur with the onset of puberty?

Also are there any 'facts of life' books that aren't too gory/embarassing that anyone can recommend?

I have found a few on Amazon but I'd prefer to go with someones recommendation.

This stage of parenting seems to have crept up quickly and I want to be prepared!
