Jon David, the head of Gosden House School, said: "It is not so much about losing the senior school, but extending the provision in other specialist schools in the area. It is one of the areas that we are looking at." The possible closure of the SEN school's senior section, as part of a number of proposals being considered by Surrey County Council, was revealed last week. A spokesman for the authority said: "Gosden House is an outstanding school and we want it to remain so in the coming years." |
