Not only is baby massage a brilliant excuse to spend some quality time to bond with your baby but some of the proven benefits are relieving colic, aids sleep, help consitpation, wind and digestive problems, can help with teething and blocked sinuses.

My classes are fun, friendly and relaxed. I provide mats and everything else needed so all you need to bring is your baby!
